Year Three is a placement ‘apprenticeship’ year
Students who have successfully completed Year Two may apply for the placement year. The Third Year is for those who wish to have practical field experience in the School they followed in Year Two.

During the year students will work alongside other ministers and ministries and will be given opportunities of fulfilling particular projects and activities. All students will be assessed.
The Third Year is particularly geared to those who wish to continue to remain within Kensington Temple or London City Church ministry. However, others with suitable training and experience may be considered.

For example, those who have trained in the School of Missions may be assigned to a foreign mission field for part or all of their study year. Others may be assigned to ministries in Kensington Temple or one of its satellite churches in the London City Church network. There may be only a limited number of places available for each stream and the IBIOL reserves the right to decide on the outcome of the application of each student and their placement.
