Leadership begins with personal discipleship.
Jesus calls us to a life of love, truth and becoming like Him. Discipleship is about our foundations being laid well in His gospel of grace, so that not only can we enjoy new life in Him, but also show others the same. Tear down the self-righteousness that comes through written code, learn to walk in the unforced rhythms of grace. Know victory over the bondage of sin; grow in the knowledge of the life of the Spirit. Follow Jesus because He is the way to eternal life.
